Sept. 26: The USS Angeles will beam down at noon to the Museum of Illusions, 1232 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica 90401. We’ll change our perspective in rooms that allow us to sit on the ceiling and walls or be tilted while we’re standing. Other exhibits will play with images and how we see them. Tickets cost $24 for regular admission and $19 for families (two adults and two children). For more information, see moisantamonica.com. After the museum mission, we will go to a nearby restaurant for dinner.
