USS Angeles members gather in August at the 55-Year Mission convention, a “Star Trek” gathering, at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. The Angeles enjoyed seeing panels representing most of the “Star Trek” series at the Las Vegas convention. Attending were Janice Willcocks, Amanda Payatt, Lisa Sobien, Cliff Gardner and me.
